SMS Terms of Service & Mobile Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026 · Applies to the Westwin Elements Investor Relations text-messaging program
These terms govern text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Westwin Elements, Inc. (“Westwin,” “we,” “us”) to individuals who request information about Westwin through our investor inquiry form. They supplement, and do not replace, the Westwin Elements Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program description
The Westwin Elements Investor Relations text-messaging program has two optional parts. You choose which, if either, to join by checking the matching box on the Westwin investor inquiry form.
Non-marketing messages (first checkbox) are conversational messages from Westwin Elements, Inc. related to your request and may include:
- Confirmation that we received your inquiry and how to reach us
- Help scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, or cancelling an investor call
- Appointment reminders
- Replies to questions you send us by text
Marketing messages (second checkbox) may include invitations to schedule a call with our investor relations team and occasional Westwin company updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of investing, of receiving information, or of any purchase. You can request information and speak with our team without agreeing to text messages.
2. How we obtain your consent
Consent is collected only through the investor inquiry form on this website. There are two SMS consent checkboxes: one for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. Both are optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the form’s required fields, and the form can be submitted without checking either one. We send only the type of messages you selected. The checkboxes read:
We do not purchase phone numbers, and we do not send text messages to anyone who has not submitted this form and checked the matching consent box.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, your scheduling activity, and the messages you selected. Most contacts receive between 1 and 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with the phone number you would like removed.
6. Help and support
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email [email protected], or call (580) 595-0503.
7. Mobile information privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the sharing described in the Westwin Elements Privacy Policy excludes text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages described above. We may use a messaging platform or service provider to send and receive texts on our behalf; such providers act only under our instructions to operate this program and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
8. Supported carriers
Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
